I have a wii and enjoy it. I like yelling at my tv smashing my hands around playing Rampage/Godzilla like a maniac. I also like making choking motions with my hands in Godfather and choking a dirty cop out in a dark alley. Aiming guns at the screen is fun too but I guess all systems have that by now anyways.

I don't know why, it's just the most fun i've ever had with a console system.

The Wii is okay. I LOVED it before I had one. Then I was kind of like 'meh'. It's mainly because they didn't(maybe still don't?) have my games that really used the remote's abilities.

The problem with the Wii is that it's aimed more towards the casual gamer, not leaving much for the hardcore.
Sure, we got MP3, LoZTP, SMG, Okami, etc. But most of it is just a bunch of generic sports games. -_-

Yea the Wii is all about generic games, I hardly even play it anymore unless we have a group of people over (and even then most people are sick of the Wii just like I am).

I really like the Wii, but it suffers from the same problem that Nintendo has had for a while: Not enough GOOD games.

They have a handful of really good ones (Loz TP, etc) but all the others just suck. There just isn't the variety that X360 has.

Yea I haven't bought a new game for the Wii in quite a while, but I keep finding new games for the Xbox 360. I feel like Nintendo had a good thing going for a while (mostly remakes of classic titles, Super Smash, Mario Kart, etc.), but I feel like things have gotten stale.

Yeah, I mean how many times can they essentially re-make Mario, Zelda, and Mariokart? those are the three main ones that keep them alive.

Well, there was Starfox, but then came Starfox Adventures (In Dino land)......

I rented a Wii about a year ago. They're good fun, but I can't see myself playing one on a regular basis.

I guess it's just novel to have controls which force you to take part in the action, rather than just mashing buttons.
