Assassin's Creed 2

Ubisoft has officially confirmed that they are working on a sequel to Assassin's Creed, which sold over 5 million copies worldwide, and is rumored to be released in Q4 of 2009.

So what does everybody think? Love it, hate it, what'd you think of the first Assassin's Creed? And are you excited for the sequel? I know I am.

I loved the first one. It was amazing, great graphics and the game play was amazing.


But...I'm not sure if I wanna play the second one. I dunno. I probably will end up playing it eventually.

After how tedious the first game got, I'm not sure if I will be buying the sequel or not. Once you ran through the first 3 towns it was pretty much rinse and repeat for the rest of the game.

Now that doesn't mean there aren't new features for the sequel that I'm excited about. The new game is supposed to allow for swimming and assassinations by drowning, as well as new weapons (including poisons), and a whole new location (Venice and surrounding cities).
